Canterbury is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election. The seat is currently held by the Conservative MP Dick von Sternberg.


Canterbury constituency comprises the larger part of the City of Canterbury District, containing the City and surrounding villages, together with the coastal town of Whitstable.
